MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to support a fair and equitable work environment by providing high quality human resources services. These services contribute to the mission of the University by the recruitment, retention and development of a qualified work force. We accomplish this by providing, in a timely, efficient and professional manner: Management and development training to supervisors and staff; A fair and effective salary administration program; A broadbanding program including market data information; Advisement on policies and procedures on wage and employment regulations; An effective Performance Management Program; and Successful Staff Recognition Programs.
